Twin n Nem was created in honor of Jacob Buchanan’s twin nephews and older cousin—brilliant young men whose lives were tragically cut short by street violence and domestic abuse.

Their loss ignited a deep transformation in Jacob, fueling his mission to uplift his family, his culture, and his community. Rooted in love, unity, and healing, Twin n Nem stands as a symbol of what it means to see ourselves in one another.
In Black culture, “Twin n Nem” refers to people who are alike—a family by experience, struggle, and purpose. The name reminds us that I am you, and you are me.
This is not just clothing. It is a movement that chooses to lead with love, one person and one community at a time.
